How it works

From booking to on air in six steps

You book and upload online, we check the ad, and it plays on your start date. Most questions get answered on the way, and you can message us at any point.

Steps

  1. Step 1

    Create an account

Sign up with your email or Google account and add your business details.

  2. Step 2

    Choose screens, days and slots

Pick one or more screens, then a single day or a first and last day on the calendar, and how many slots you want. More slots means your ad comes round more often. The calendar shows what's free, and the total adds up as you choose.

  3. Step 3

    Upload your ad

Upload an MP4, JPG or PNG. We check its size against the screen as you upload and show you a preview of how it will look on the board. No ad yet? We can design one.

  4. Step 4

    We review it

Every ad is checked before it plays. If we can't run it, we tell you why so you can fix it and send it again.

  5. Step 5

    Pay the invoice

Once your booking is approved you get an invoice with our bank details. Pay by bank transfer and quote the invoice number.

  6. Step 6

    Your ad goes live

When the payment arrives we schedule your ad. It starts playing on your start date, and your dashboard shows it as Live.

How often your ad plays

Each screen shows a few ads in turn, like a playlist on repeat. Your ad is one of them, so it keeps coming back all day.
8 slots take turns on the screen, 15 seconds each. Yours is one of them. The playlist starts again every 2 minutes.
15 seconds
One slot: your ad's turn. It fills the whole screen, with nothing else beside it.
Every 2 minutes
8 slots take a turn each, then the playlist starts again from the top.
About 540 times a day
With one slot, that's 30 times an hour while the screen is on, from 6 a.m. to midnight.

Each turn is a slot. Book one and your ad gets one turn every time the playlist comes round. Book two and it gets two, so it shows twice as often. See prices

What we won't run

Our screens are on public roads, seen by drivers, children and everyone else passing by. We review every ad against these rules.
  • Nothing offensive, hateful or sexually explicit.
  • No false or misleading claims.
  • No rapid flashing or strobing. Drivers need to be able to glance at the screen safely.
  • Nothing that looks like a road sign or traffic signal.
  • You must own or have permission to use everything in the ad, including logos, music artwork and photos.

The ad specs page has sizes, file types and design tips for each screen.
