Privacy policy

The Professional Advertising Company Limited ("Pro Ads", "we") runs this website. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. We handle personal data in line with Jamaica's Data Protection Act, 2020.

What we collect

• Details you send through the contact form: your name, business name, email, phone and message.
• Account details when you sign up: your email address, name, business details and, if you choose, your TRN.
• The ads you upload, your bookings and your invoices.
• A one-way scrambled form of your IP address, used only to stop the contact form being flooded with spam.

Why we use it

• To reply to your enquiries.
• To run your account, review your ads, schedule them on our screens and send your invoices.
• To keep the records the law requires, such as invoices.

Who we share it with

We don't sell personal information. We use a small number of service providers to run the site: our database and file hosting (Supabase), our website hosting, and our email delivery service. They process data for us and only as we instruct.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as they're useful for following up, and account and booking records for as long as your account is open and the law requires after that.

Your choices

You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or ask us to delete it where we aren't required to keep it. Email proadsja2026@gmail.com and we'll respond as quickly as we can.
