Terms of advertising

These terms cover advertising booked with The Professional Advertising Company Limited ("Pro Ads"). By booking a slot you agree to them.

Bookings

A booking is confirmed when we approve it and you pay the invoice in full. Until then, the slot isn't guaranteed. Prices are per screen, in Jamaican dollars, for the whole booking.

Your ad

• You confirm you own, or have permission to use, everything in your ad.
• Ads must meet our content rules and the specs for each screen.
• We may decline or remove an ad that breaks these rules or the law, and will tell you why.

Payment

Invoices are paid by bank transfer, quoting the invoice number. Your ad is scheduled once payment arrives.

Screen downtime

Screens sometimes need maintenance, and power or weather can interrupt them. If a screen is off for a significant part of your booking, we'll make up the lost airtime or agree a credit with you.

Changes and cancellations

Our cancellation policy will be set out here before online bookings open.
